Needed a dog flap fitting in my conservatory french doors. Phil from Mist-Defied contacted me and was able to provide quote estimate and then arranged to call to measure up for accurate quote. New glass with dog flap was fitted the following week and looks great and now have a happier dog. Great quality work and updated me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Window replacement with cat flap
Phil was very professional and a nice guy, helpful and knowledgeable all round. While he was fitting our new window pane compete with cat flap, he also adjusted another pane in the patio door which involved fully removing the pane without any extra charge. Definitely recommend
